Grounding Will Save Our Stressed Society - Here’s How

Do you remember the days as a young child when everything was carefree? There was not a worry in the world - just play, laughter, and new discoveries.

For many, stress is an all too common aspect of day-to-day life. Between work, relationships, and world events, it can be easy to fall victim to the stressors around us. While some people recognize that stress is harmful, others simply view the excess “weight on their shoulders'' as a “normal” thing to have.

Research shows that prolonged stress leads to a host of health problems including high blood pressure, disrupted sleep, and altered brain chemistry which can lead to anxiety, depression, and addiction.

With this in mind, it is clear that we should be taking action to decrease our stress levels in order to maintain an optimal state of being.
